〔Abstract〕 The access standard of FinTech "regulatory sandbox" testing project is the condition and qualification requirements for the box formal test of relevant projects reviewed by the regulatory authority. On the basis of learning from the relevant institutional experience of the UK， Australia and Singapore， China should formulate the basic qualification conditions for test project access， and design the "innovative" access evaluation rules with the dual system norms of enumeration and generalization， strictly control the test project risk in the access stage， and establish the testing consumer rights and interests protection rules in advance， which will construct a scientific and reasonable "regulatory sandbox" test project access standard rule system for China.

In the competitive live selling industry， to achieve lasting profits the anchors need to have popularity， sources of goods and online integrity-based social capital. Such capital comes from the satisfactory shopping experiences provided by the anchors， a trust relationship between the anchors and the users， and continuing to to realize pecuniary gains with the trust relationship. The countryside fitness anchor Juzi has been selling goods live for three years， leading users to fitness while providing users with cost-effective goods and worry-free after-sales service for a long time， establishing an "emotional account" with users Users are happy with their shopping and get value in return， giving Juzi solid trust and support， locking Juzi's online live store shopping consumption. 〔Abstract〕 The Hui culture of ancient villages in southern Anhui is the epitome of Chinese excellent traditional culture， and it is the regional cultural symbol with local characteristics of Anhui. It is wise to conform to the era of short video communication in which everything is a medium， and to use new media to promote Hui culture's dissemination and innovation so as to practice cultural self-confidence. With the help of Nvivo11， the text content of Tik Tok users' comments is coded step by step， four emblem cultural symbols of Huizhou including architecture， natural scenery， cultural landscape and folk customs are extracted， and 8 Hui culture perceptual image attribute categories （parent nodes） are obtained， with 100 specific Hui culture symbol elements （child nodes） under each image attribute. Based on this， the content analysis method is used to analyze the consumption behavior of Tik Tok users of Hui culture from the two dimensions of perception and emotion， and combined with the SIPS model theory， building a short video communication model of Hui culture in ancient villages in southern Anhui. Under the logic main line of "resonance-confirmation-participation-sharing and diffusion"， a new path for the spread of Hui culture is proposed.

〔Abstract〕 The Book of Historical Documents·Emperor of Yao contains rich myths， based on a wide range of discourse resources with similar myth fragments recorded in inscriptions on oracle sat in the Yin Ruins，Book of Poetry， Zuo's Commentary， Elegies of the South， The Classic of Mountains and Seas， and Shi Zi. When writing myths in Records of Yao， historiographers not only quoted knowledge of primitive calendar systems and records of religious rites， but also borrowed myths popular in the pre-Qin period， which were integrated into their creation. A comparison of Chinese and Western myths shows that the series of myths in Records of Yao compiled by historiographers are in a sequence which fully coincides with the narrative logic of Western genesis mythology， giving a narrative of genesis mythology following the storyline of "a mythological paradise built to the paradise destroyed and to the paradise rebuilt".

〔Abstract〕 The concept of public and private ownership has become a relatively mature concept in the pre-Qin period mostly manifested as political and ethical significance. Lao Zi， based on Tao， taking public and private as the role， function and realm， elevated the concept of public and private to the metaphysical level and endowed the traditional concept of public and private with new connotation. Specifically， natural law benefits everything but does not lead to disputes. It embodies the selflessness as morality into all things on earth， which shows the function and realm of selflessness of natural law. The process from selflessness to selfishness tells the transformation from public to private， which is the main part of LaoZi's dialectical thought. Being less selfish and less lustful is the process of overcoming private interests， which shows the way returning to natural law from humanity. The philosophical wisdom contained in Lao Zi's private and public view is of great significance to the times.

〔Abstract〕 This paper discusses the status of college students' family cohesion and social anxiety， and it analyzes the influence of demographic variables on college students' family cohesion and adaptability and socia lanxiety， and studies the relationship between the two. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 300 college students using Family Adaptability and Cohesion Scale， Second Edition （FACESII） and Interaction Anxiousness Scale （IAS）. The questionnaire survey shows that there is a significant negative correlation between family cohesion and social anxiety； the family cohesion of college students can explain 39.8% of the variation degree of social anxiety. When the family cohesion and adaptability levels are lower， the higher is the degree of social anxiety in college students.

〔Abstract〕 In order to discuss the interrelationship between parental upbringing and emotional intelligence of left-behind college students， 665 college students were investigated and studied by using the Evaluation Scale of Parenting Mode and the Emotional Intelligence Power Table. The results show： ①College students' parents have a warm understanding of emotions， and there are significant differences in fathers' severe punishment， excessive interference and refusal to deny whether they have been left behind； ② The parents of college students with left-behind experience are emotionally warm and refuse to deny that there is a significant difference in the length of stay， and there is no significant difference in emotional intelligence in the length of stay； ③ There is a significant positive correlation between the emotional intelligence and the emotional warmth of left-behind college students （r=0.270， Ρ<0.01）， and there is a significant negative correlation with the father's severe punishment（r=-0.135，Ρ<0.01）； there is a significant positive correlation between emotional intelligence and the emotional warmth of the mother（r=0.298，Ρ<0.01）， and a significant negative correlation with the severe punishment of the mother（r=-0.156， Ρ<0.01）. ④ Parents' emotional warmth has a significant positive impact on emotional intelligence， and parental punishment has a significant negative impact on emotional intelligence.

〔Abstract〕 Dehong Prefecture of Yunnan Province is typical of multi-ethnics， multi-languages and multi-dialects. When Burmese with multilingual cultural background come to Dehong， they enter another multilingual environment and face a new language adaptation and identity building. This case comparative study on a Burmese Chinese and a Burmese in Dehong shows that the measure dimensions for language identity do not have the equal force， that powerful languages have a higher influential force in the language identity construction， that a multilingual mode with mandarin Chinese as a prior language is adopted， that English is evaluated to have higher emotional and functional value than its value in "identity"， and that mutual intelligibility between the speaker's ancestor dialects and the local dialect has a positive function in language identity construction.
