Abstract:

During the 14th Five-year Plan period， the realization of high-quality economic development in the Yangtze River Delta region is an inevitable requirement to promote the economic integration of the Yangtze River Delta. Based on new development idea of "innovation， coordination， green， open， sharing"， "three provinces and one city" economic development of high-quality comprehensive evaluation index system will be built， and use the method of entropy and TOPSIS to calculate and then by using the fixed effects model mine core factors affecting the economic development of high-quality. The research results show that the level of high-quality economic development in the Yangtze River Delta varies greatly， the imbalance is prominent， and the restrictive factors are different. However， innovation is an important factor to promote the high-quality economic development in the Yangtze River Delta. Based on this， the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the higher quality integrated economic development in the Yangtze River Delta.
