Rural community is the social foundation of rural governance， the endogenous impetus of rural development and the ideal pursuit of rural revitalization. Through the analysis of the historical evolution of Lijiang rural community and the investigation of four rural community construction cases， the article reveals that the rural community itself has the ability and mechanism to constantly adjust and update itself with the social changes， while the institutional authority formed by external state forces and the endogenous order formed by internal social forces run through it. Reducing the tension of institutional authority and endogenous order and strengthening the cohesion and endogenous power of rural community construction is the path selection of building a rural community with shared responsibility， shared interests， shared culture and national cohesion.

The ethnic composition of a region has a significant and clear impact on the type preference of public service supply in the region. By using the same or similar indicators， data and measurement methods as Alberto Alesina and other foreign mainstream literature， and selecting the appropriate combination of control variables， the paper selects panel data from eight ethnic provinces and regions of China for 15 consecutive years from 2000 to 2014 to prove that China's reality is contrary to the conclusions of the above foreign mainstream literature. And under the political and economic background of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and the Chinese national community， those public service projects that need more consideration and consideration of the diversity of regional ethnic composition will indeed be more satisfied in the actual public service supply - the diversity of regional ethnic composition is significantly positively related to the corresponding public service supply. The empirical results are the concrete embodiment of the superiority of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics in the field of public service supply in ethnic areas， and the concrete evidence of serving the people realistically and the actual development needs of ethnic areas.

During the 14th Five-year Plan period， the realization of high-quality economic development in the Yangtze River Delta region is an inevitable requirement to promote the economic integration of the Yangtze River Delta. Based on new development idea of "innovation， coordination， green， open， sharing"， "three provinces and one city" economic development of high-quality comprehensive evaluation index system will be built， and use the method of entropy and TOPSIS to calculate and then by using the fixed effects model mine core factors affecting the economic development of high-quality. The research results show that the level of high-quality economic development in the Yangtze River Delta varies greatly， the imbalance is prominent， and the restrictive factors are different. However， innovation is an important factor to promote the high-quality economic development in the Yangtze River Delta. Based on this， the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the higher quality integrated economic development in the Yangtze River Delta.

Tian Jian was a famous poet in the history of modern and contemporary Chinese literature. After the founding of the People's Republic of China， he visited many frontier areas， and lived in Yunnan， the southwestern frontier of our motherland， for half a year， then created some short or long poems about Yunnan， which reflected the unique and contemporary situation of Yunnan. The writing of Yunnan in Tian Jian's poems consists of the various contents： First， Yunnan is a diplomatic fortress playing an important role in Sino-foreign relations， and is the frontier of peaceful coexistence between China and the South Asian countries； Secondly， Yunnan is a place of ethnic symbiosis， which has nurtured the rich and long history culture of many nationalities， and accumulates the national spirit of loving labor and freedom； Thirdly， Yunnan is the soil of poetry， and its unique natural geographical features and cultural landscape inspire Tian Jian's creative enthusiasm. As one of the earliest and most complete ancient local works of materia medica in China， Materia Medica of South Yunnan（Dian Nan Ben Cao） has great value in the field of translation research. Different from other classics of traditional Chinese medicine， Materia Medica of South Yunnan repeatedly presents various kinds of exaggerated descriptions to emphasize the efficacy of herbal medicine. The Taoist cultural hyperbole and imaginary number hyperbole， as the representative patterns of hyperbole in this work， are taken as the research objects for English translation analysis. The strategy of transplanting， reconstructing， and flexibly reproducing the hyperbole rhetoric is fully applied to make proper compensation for the cultural absence behind the hyperbole while highlighting the hyperbole effect. It would be of great practical significance for enriching the translation theory of traditional Chinese medical classics， spreading the knowledge and culture of Yunnan traditional medicine， and constructing the discourse system of traditional Chinese medicine.

Efficient translation approval process of minority language not only improves translation efficiency and quality， but also promotes the rapid dissemination of Party and state policies and advanced culture in minority areas. Combining with practical experience in translation and taking Dehong Dai language neologism translation as an example， it first summarizes the guiding ideology， principles and methods of Yunnan neologism translation work. Secondly， based on Nida's translation procedure theory， the paper analyzes the translation approval process of new terms in Dehong Dai language from the perspective of "organizational procedures" in addition to "technical procedures". Finally， it introduces the concept of "enterprise process management" by Anupindi， and discusses and evaluates the translation approval process from the perspective of process characteristics.

The development of video game original painting design is giving more prominence to the appeal of artistic expression and the presentation of cultural value. Based on theoretical research and practical experience， it is concluded that the original painting design of game characters is the reproduction of painting brushwork by digital visual language， and the influence of traditional painting techniques on the original painting style of game characters mainly lies in brushwork， light and shadow， modeling， tone and so on. However， as a new visual culture and digital product， the original painting design of game characters should reasonably use traditional painting skills to create images suitable for game production. Under the condition of new technology， the innovation of the original painting design style of game characters is mainly reflected in the shape design and color matching. The shape design should apply to game production and is unique. And it shows the overall artistic conception of the game and character characteristics through different color matching. The original drawing design of game characters is the inheritor and recreator of the art field.

Conjunctions acquisition reflects learners' discourse competence. Based on the corpus， the study investigated the acquisition of six adversative conjunctions with elementary difficulty by Central Asian students. It was found that， in general， the use accuracy of adversative conjunctions with elementary difficulty by Central Asian students at elementary level was higher and the acquisition effect was better. Students have certain preferences in the adversative conjunctions. "Danshi" is the most commonly used conjunctions . "Suiran... Danshi..." is the most commonly used complex sentence structure. There are many errors in the acquisition of conjunctions in foreign students' written texts， among which redundancy and substitution are the most common. There is also a tendency of discourse tokenization of conjunctions. The acquisition of conjunctions by foreign students is affected by the negative transfer of the third language， textbook writing， classroom teaching and other factors.

The application of the "Production-Oriented Approach" （POA） theory and evaluation framework in Chinese as a second language （CSL） teaching has a positive effect. Under the guidance of this theory， a teaching chain of "Drive-Learn-Product1-Feedback-Product 2" is established， and the structural pattern of iPrepare， iExplore， and iProduce is optimized into five modules： iPrepare， iExplore， iProduce， iEvaluate， and iPromote. A 4-hour online experiment is conducted for the course "Chinese Culture". The experimental results demonstrate that the five-module teaching structure is helpful in enriching the output forms and improving the output quality of online learners in cultural studies. Moreover， recommendations for online cultural teaching are also proposed.
