Abstract: After the demise of the original drum community, Nanbao Village and other Miao villages along the Qingshui River chose to integrate into another drum club as a support and shelter, in order to better inherit the local Miao culture and obtain a new opportunity for development. The difficult choice of the traditional Miao culture in the face of pressure also shows its strong vitality. When faced with the Miao drum society culture which is more powerful than their own, the immigrants choose to actively integrate into that and become a part of the local Miao culture. This dual evolution reveals the adaptability and inclusiveness of different cultures.
