Abstract:

Ethnic social work has developed rapidly in recent years as the cross field of “socialization of ethnic work” and “localization of social work”. Based on the literature, this paper sorts through the hot spots of research related to ethnic social work in China, and summarizes it from the aspects of concept definition, development history, value concept, practice system and so on. While the research on ethnic social work has made some achievements, there are also deficiencies. It needs to be improved from three aspects: absorbing nutrients from multi-dimensional research, expanding the breadth of the research and enhancing the application value of the research.
