Abstract:

Grass-roots governance is the cornerstone of national governance， an important embodiment and connotation of the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity， and grass-roots democracy is the quintessential meaning of grass-roots governance. Based on the investigation and research of Zhengjiazhuang， a multi-ethnic village that is "a national demonstration unit for ethnic unity and progress"，this paper sees through the national strategy through local experience in the construction of the micro-field governance community， and analyzes the local knowledge contained in local practice and the policy connotation reflected behind the national strategy， which is of significance to promoting the implementation of national strategies and the path exploration of grass-roots governance in ethnic areas.
