As a unique folk religious belief of the Bai people， the Benzhu worship has been formed and developed in the interaction and integration of ethnic groups， and has been deeply influenced by the traditional Chinese culture. For thousands of years， the Bai's Benzhu worship has widely absorbed the ethics of Confucianism as well as the cultural symbols of Buddhism and Taoism， and constructed their national identity from folk beliefs. The excellent traditional Chinese cultural factors in the Bai's Benzhu worship have been playing a crucial role in fostering the strong sense of the community for the Chinese nation.

There are great differences in the records of the Dali Naxi Torch Festival in different documents. In order to find out the truth， this paper takes Shicaijiang Village in Dali Bai Autonomous prefecture， the only Naxi village as field point combined with literature and field investigation. It is found that the torch festival in the Village is quite different from the Naxi torch festival in Lijiang area. The picnic and sacrificial activity of "Chuang Mei Sheng En" in the Shicaijiang Village is another cultural form of Naxi Torch Festival culture. The Torch Festival in the Village has preserved the cultural remains of the ancestors of Naxi in the Ming Dynasty who had a picnic in the mountains to celebrate the Torch Festival.

 Freedom is the eternal theme of the human world.Marx devoted all his intellectual labor to the cause of the realization of human freedom. He pointed out that the liberation of man is determined by the production of free time， without which the infinite possibilities of the interests of life would not blossom. Therefore， he analyzed the time structure of the cells of capitalist society and found that historical constraints were constantly generated from the time structure. He revealed the"Time Paradox" in the logic of capital production， and pointed out the antagonism between"Capitalized Time" and"Human Life Freedom".  A labor contract shall be null and void if the employer exempts itself from legal responsibilities or excludes the rights of the worker. This issue hasnot beendeeplystudiedbythe academic research of labor law， and few cases about it are adjudicated by the court. From the court judgment documents， most relevant cases are based on a single adjudication ora second adjudication；From the results of the judgments， the laborers won most cases； On the assumption of legal responsibility， it mostly involves the payment of money； And in terms of cause of action， the first-class cause of action of labor dispute cases should be adopted. This paper classifies the basis for the application of court judgment documents into formal legal norms and informal legal norms. In order to understand the current situation of peer trust and self-esteem of junior high school students in ethnic minority areas in northwest Yunnan， and to explore the impact of peer trust on the self-esteem of junior high school studentsin ethnic minority areas in northwest Yunnan， a questionnaire survey was conducted on 520 junior high school students in M school in ethnic minority areas in northwest Yunnan. The research results show that： ① There is a significant positive correlation between peer trust and self-esteem in junior high school students； ② The peer trust of junior high school students is at the middle level， and there are significant differences in grade， family location， family relationship and family income； ③ The self-esteem level of junior high school students is at a medium level. There are significant differences in singleton status， stay-at-home status， grade， family location， family relationship， family income and mother's educational background.

The internal economic responsibility auditing in the university is an auditing activity executed by the internal audit department of colleges and universities， aiming at examining the economic responsibility taken by the middle-level party cadres during their tenures.  World heritage sites have become popular tourist destinations in recent years. Taking Lijiang Old Town as a case， this paper analyzes the current situation of touristic satisfaction and explores how to improve its tourist satisfaction among world heritage sites. First of all， a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was conducted to investigate the touristic satisfaction level of Lijiang Old Town， and the results showed that the overall satisfaction level was "Good". Besides， the seven indicators at the element level were also shown to be "Good". Secondly， the results of IPA analysis chart show that the authenticity， food quality and commodity quality of Lijiang Ancient City are located in the high importance-low satisfaction area， which needs to be improved urgently. Finally， based on the results of the above research data， the paper puts forward strategies to improve the tourist satisfaction of Lijiang Ancient City， the world heritage site.
