Abstract: Objective: To understand the status of knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) about COVID-19 among rural doctors in
Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture (hereinafter referred to as "Dali Prefecture"), and to explore its influencing factors. Methods: An
online questionnaire survey was conducted among 463 rural doctors in Dali Prefecture through Wenjuanxing platform. Results: The
scores of knowledge, attitude and practice and total scores about COVID-19 among rural doctors in Dali Prefecture were (7.51±1.36),
(40.34±2.82),( 44.85±4.42) and( 92.70±5.81), respectively, with scoring rates of 75.10%, 80.66%, 89.70% and 84.25%, respectively.
Health status, education level and ethnicity were the main influencing factors of KAP of COVID-19 (P<0.05). Attitude was positively
correlated with practice (r=0.230, P<0.001). Conclusion: The KAP of COVID-19 among rural doctors in Dali Prefecture is at a
medium level, especially in terms of knowledge and attitude, which need to be further improved. It is necessary to strengthen the
knowledge training of prevention and control of COVID-19, and change the attitude towards prevention and control is the key to
