Theoretical and Practical Research on "Practice-Study-Ask" Teaching Method in "Advanced Mathematics" under the Concept of Interdisciplinary and Collaborative Education#br#

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of insufficient ability of "raising questions" and "seeking for the answers", as well as the
problems of excessive emphasis on content, derivation and calculation in the instructional design in "Advanced Mathematics", this
paper guided by the OBE concept, advocate interdisciplinary and cross disciplinary collaborative education which break down the
professional barriers. Moreover, it improves the education path of "Advanced Mathematics" from the three perspectives of mathematical
applications, mathematical thinking, and mathematical culture. Based on constructivism, it innovatively proposes the "Practice-Study-
Ask" teaching method which will break the educational pattern of "prioritizing knowledge over thinking" and put the training of
students' ability to apply mathematics into practice.
