Abstract: The in-depth integration of generative artificial intelligence and Ideological and Political Courses in colleges and
universities is an inevitable trend of educational modernization. While it empowers the discourse construction of Ideological and
Political Courses, it also conceals risks such as the weakening of discourse dominance, the anomie of discourse content, the weakening
of discourse value guidance, and the absence of discourse subjects. Therefore, it is necessary to adhere to the fundamental principle
that value rationality guides instrumental rationality. Corresponding countermeasures should be taken: constructing a digital-intelligent
discourse database for Ideological and Political Courses to consolidate the dominant position of Ideological and Political Courses
discourse; focusing on the value core of Ideological and Political Courses discourse to promote the innovation of ideological and
political discourse content; advancing algorithmic benevolence and dialogue reconstruction to optimize the communication ecology of
Ideological and Political Courses discourse; and strengthening the role upgrading and literacy improvement of Ideological and Political
Courses discourse subjects to consolidate the value consensus of discourse subjects. Through these measures, the discourse
construction of Ideological and Political Courses in colleges and universities can be enhanced, and the fundamental task of fostering
virtue through education can be fulfilled.
