Abstract:

Manufacturing contributes greatly to the increasing of GDP. Putting per capita GDP, industrial structure and urbanization rate as the time-series data of the last decade, this paper analyzes the stages of Dehong industrial development during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period from the Chenery stage theory of industrialization, the Kuznets's theory of output and employment structure, and Hoffman theory of industrial structure; then makes a forecast of the industrial stage and its characteristics during the Dehong Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, and proposes the road of new type industrialization in Dehong.
