Abstract:

 0bjective：The expression of NF-κB in the tissue of endometria and tumor necrosis factor- α in serum in endometriosis patients were measured to investigate the relationship between NF-κB．TNF-α and endometriosis．Methods：Enzyme linked im munosorbent assay method was applied to detect the the expression of TNF-α．The expression of NF-κB was detected by immunohis tochemistry method．Results：The TNF- α serum level of endometriosis patients was significantly higher compared to the normal control(P<0.01)．The expression of NF-κB was major located in epithelioglandnlar kytoplasm of trusion-endometriosis，and the
expression of NF-κB during progestational stage was higher than that in proliferative stage (P<0．05). Conclusion：The abnormal expression of NF-κB and TNF-α were related to endometriosisB in the tissue of endometria and tumor necrosis factor- in serum in endometriosis.
