Effect of Nursing intervention in Adverse Reactions of Fundns Fluorescein Angiography

Objective：To discuss the effect of nursing intervention in adverse reactions of fimdus fluorescein angiography(FFA)．Methods：Two thousands four hundreds and thirty six patients who conducted FFA from February 2005 to February 2011 in our hospital were divided into group A (nursing intervention group)and group B (non nursing intervention group)．The clinical manifestation and turnover of the adverse reactions in each group were analyzed．ResuIts：The incidence rate of adverse reactions was 6.32％ in group B．and 1.40％ in group A．Conclusion：Effective nursing intmwention can decrease the occurrence of complications during FFA．
