Nursing Experience of HIV Positive Pregnant Women PMTCT

Objective: To block mother-to-child HIV transmission. Methods: Preoperative: block mother-to-child through the
application of drugs. Intraoperative: the medical staff should be care of self protection. Postoperative: take maternal isolation solution.Results: The current international recommended treatment plan that nevirapine, lamivudine and Qi Duofu were used could effectively block the spread of virus between mother and infant. Conclusion: The standard implementation of the HIV PMTCT measures can reduce mother-to-child HIV transmission effectively.
