New Exploration of Back Periodical Management in University Library under Digital Environment

With the large-scale application of electronic journals, the utilization of paper back periodicals has decreased obviously.After the analysis of cost management and service benefits of the paper back periodicals, the article proposes the significance and necessity of ceasing the binding of paper back periodicals and an all-round development of e-journal management and service, and then offers some methods and measures.

Abstract:
