Factor Analysis and Strategy of Free Normals' Professional Identity

Abstract:

Free normals are prospective teachers, their professional identity has a direct impact on the quality of both learning and
teaching. Factor analysis of a positive professional identity has a realistic and guiding significance to the upbringing and enhancing of the normals' professional sympathy. The research, basing on students' mentality, took a questionnaires survey on some normals in three different normal universities. The results showed that such factors as perceived self-efficacy, study style, professional learning satisfaction and level of aspiration were significantly related to teachers' professional identity.
