Referral and Tracking Result Analysis of Confirmed and Suspicious Tuberculosis（TB）Reported by TB Direct
Network Report System in Dali Prefecture in 2011

Abstract

Abstract:

Objective: To analyze the referral and tracking results of confirmed and suspicious tuberculosis reported by TB direct
network system and thus to provide basis for the measures. Methods: The referral and tracking results of 2011 in Dali Prefecture were statistically analyzed. Results: 4 127 confirmed and suspicious TB cases were reported by TB direct network in 2011, the arrival rate was 92.82%. The main reasons of failure cases included the denial of visiting, migrant work, or cases not found, etc. Conclusion: It is important to strengthen coordination between medical institutions and anti-tuberculosis departments in the referral and tracking.
