Abstract:

Dali University has exploited and practiced the reform of training mechanism of the graduate students. By strengthening
the construction of key disciplines, degree program and graduate courses, and the tutor's team, by enhancing the training of graduate
students' academic and practice ability, by reforming the educational management mechanism, the enrollment system, and the training
mode and mechanism of the graduate students, by setting the financial aid system and the educational evaluation system of the
graduate students, the quality of graduate education is improved. Nevertheless, there are still some problems like the inadequate and
unsatisfactory quality of the enrollment, less satisfied educational model and system, unfledged construction of tutor and educational
management group. It is inevitable to deepen the reform of graduate educational system to meet the new demands of graduate
education and improve the quality of graduate education.
