The relation model of ethnic identity and ethnic distinction for college student in the minority frontier areas were studied
with structural equation model. Two hundred and sixty five questionnaires on college student's identity were given to college students.
The results showed: 1.There was a positive correlation between ethnic identity and ethnic distinction (P<0.05, or P<0.01, or P<
0.001). 于In terms of ethnic distinction, Han and minority students had significantly different attitude and behaviour to people other
than their own ethnic group(P <0.05). 2.Ethnic identity had a direct and obvious predictive effect on ethnic distinction(P<0.05, or
P<0.001). Therefore, high ethnic identity to one's own ethnic group (Chinese people)is linked with low ethnic distinction(foreign
nation)of other ethnic groups. The exclusive nature of ethnic identity (ethnic distinction)is influenced by factors of living
    environment and competition between individuals.

The development of farmer-targeted TV programs has exerted an active role in the new rural construction and modern
agriculture development. Studies have theoretically analyzed the farmer -targeted TV programs from the angles of significance,
functions, problems and causes. Studies have also discussed the management of farmer-targeted TV programs from the microscopic
aspects of "reports on three agricultural problems", program making and column construction. These studies showed the unbalance
between regions and that state policies and the local government affect the number of theoretical achievements. Therefore, the leading
role of the local government has become the key factor of developing farmer-targeted TV programs. Domestic studies now on these
programs are skin deep with few achievements except for some experience summaries of the media practice. Theoretical studies lag
behind media practice, and few researchers are seen.

Over the years the studies on A Streetcar Named Desire have focused either on the influences of social changes on
characters or from feminist perspective, however, Tennessee Williams aimed to present a new definition of good and evil by adopting
sensitive subjects like family violence, homosexuality and incest in A Streetcar Named Desire. In his eyes, choices made in a certain
time usually decide one's life, while these choices are more under the influence of social, cultural and educational factors than one's
subjective will. Therefore, the distinction between good and evil is always blurred. No one can be good or evil all the time. Based on
this view, William's true creative intention can be better interpreted and a profounder understanding is given to characters in A
    Streetcar Named Desire.

Everyone talks about cultural innovation, but very few reflect upon the subject of cultural innovation. From the
perspective of subject-predicate relation, it is specific individual who is the real subject of cultural innovation. Their subject position
is embodied in their freedom, that is, only when they are free, they can innovate. This idea has a sufficient logic and philosophic
basis. From subject-predicate relation, freedom is not an empty word, but an open predicate structure with rich connotations. Further
    more, freedom is closely associated with standard. On one hand, freedom is the fundatin of such standards as morality, ethics and law;
on the other hand, every free sugject must be responsible to their own behavior.

Mr. Fan Di'an in his Chinese Art in Ecological Changes of Images figuratively regards the image resources in
contemporary art creation as "image ecology". Chinese contemporary art cannot avoid the problem on how to use image resources. The
overflow of public visual image resources has reminded Chinese contemporary artists of reinforcing the attempt and exploration of
painting language and then surpassing the "image" quality. They should not abandon the pursuit of "painterliness", but reveal the
power of painting art through its own formal language, modeling, and color of painting.

research showed the program of Dali University is with standard form and complete content. The problems were mainly as follows: The
total required credit to graduate was too high. Theoretic teaching was over-emphasized while practice was neglected in terms of curricula
system. In theoretic teaching, the credit of compulsory courses was higher than that of elective ones; in practice teaching, the credit of
required part was with high proportion while optional part was weak. Resources restricted curriculum and courses with local or
regional characteristics was inadequate. During the course of program implementation, credit system was changed into school year credit
