A Survey to the Teaching Conditions of Special Hillock Teachers in Minority Nationality Regions

Abstract:

The special hillock teachers are very important to promote development of urban and rural education and improve the
quality of the rural compulsory education. The author selected 12 counties (cities) of Yunnan to hand put self-designed questionnaires.According to the survey, the paper makes an analysis of the teaching conditions of special hillock teachers in Yunnan minority nationality regions, which includes the teaching situations, teaching psychological adaptation, teaching skill, teaching and research activities.
