    Notes of poetry is a literary style which records the works and life experience of ancient poets and has a long history. The first notes of poetry in Dali area,The Notes of Poetry of Yinchun Book House , written by poet Shifan of Midu, appeared in the Middle Qing Dynasty.This notes of poetry represents the Yunnan poetic arena in the Middle Qing Dynasty and especially the prosperity of Dali poetic world. This article aims to review this book by introducing the writing time and edition and analyzing the contents of this book.

    The painting art has gained great admiration in the Tibetan Buddhism. With rich religious colors, distinct ethnic characteristics,strong symbolic meanings and abundant aesthetic connotations, the"eight lucky images", which belongs to the buddhist painting culture, has become a unique art category used to reflect the Tibetan people's costumes and their auspicious wishes, and it has been deeply loved by these people for a very long time. This paper mainly introduces the origin of the "eight lucky images" in the traditional Tibetan mural culture of Diqing, its cultural connotation as well as its inheritance and development.

    In recent years, every county of Dali acts in accordance with the development train of thought that includes "ecological priority,stable agricultural states, powerful industrial state, cultural prosperity state, tourism flourishing state, regional harmony state " to ensure steady economic growth and ecological harmony of the human environment. But the county's economic development capacity is weak. The unbalance of regional economy development existed all the way. If Dali economy is to achieve leapfrog development, we must break the pattern of“single-core push" in Dali, enhance the capacity of the county's economic development.

    Based on the questionnaire survey in 7 villages of Dali 140 households as the sample for the study, on the analysis of Dali rural migrant labor force characteristics, and on the empirical research on the effect of Dali agricultural production, rural life and the income of the farmers in the labor force transfer, the study shows that the current rural labor transfer does not have a bad influence in the agricultural production in Dali, but if the transfer of population exceeds the critical point, it is bound to adversely affect agricultural production. The transfer of rural labor force plays an important role in Increasing farmers' income, but it has positive and negative impact on the rural life. This paper aims to increase the income of the farmers, to improve farmers' life and put forwards countermeasures to promote agricultural production through the reasonable transfer of rural labor force.

    There is an increasing prominent conflict between the rapid development of urban city and cultivated land resources,
    environmental protection, and city construction in hilly area has become a solution to the development and protection as a new model.At present, Dali city construction has achieved an initial success. However, there is still great difficulty in land exploitation as well as the problems of infrastructure lag and "bottleneck" policy. In order to achieve a double-win in development and protection, the following is needed in terms of innovation mechanism, investment increase, strengthening supervision, ecology balance, creating characteristics,enhancing the aggregation effect, deepening reform, promoting propaganda to agriculture and accelerating the development of Dali city construction in hilly area.

    Born in the middle of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake, Yunnan Province, Xiao Xue who is a distinguished poet from the Bai people, made his debut as a poetry critic and became a poet ever since. During his long journey of creating, he put his premier emphasis on his fatherland, the Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake where he grew up, as a result of which his poems are saturated with nostalgia. On the one hand, he wrote about the local manners and conventions of Bai people near the country border and captured the unique national style there; on the other hand, he also made his efforts to concern and give thoughts on the historical destiny which is unfolded in the form of narrative poetry of myth in his writing.

    The Sound and the Fury written by William Faulkner turns to explore characters' time consciousness, instead of traditionally arranging the plots by the time sequence. In this novel, Faulkner arranges four different narrators, the three Compson children, Benjy,Quentin,Jason and a "Negron" servant Dilsey. They tell a same story from different angle, which indicates their dynamic time consciousness.There is only present in Benjy's eyes; Quentin is always reliving the past; Jason only cares the present and the near future.

    This research investigates the awareness and utilization of Open Access(OA) of university professors, librarians and graduate students in Yunnan's universities by questionnaires.The results gained by the investigation indicate that the cognition of OA of professors and students in Yunnan's universities lags behind. Few of them are aware of and familiar with the OA. The factors which affect the utilization of OA are the higher expense of publications and the lower recognition of the research evaluation system. In order to raise the awareness and utilization of OA resources, the frequently used OA resources should be collected and assorted. The interlink of the OA needs to be put on the main page of each library which will facilitate the utilization of the university professors and students. How to use the OA resources in the bibliographic search courses will improve the realization and utilization of the OA among students. Besides, improving research evaluation system and reducing the cost of publication will promote the development of the OA.

    It is a circulation for experiential learning as concrete experience-reflective observation-abstract conceptualization-active practice. During the process, the learner constructs the meaning through the dialogue with the environment, with himself and with others. The learner's dialogue is based on four dialectical processes, which are that tension between direct experience and indirect experience in the process gaining experience and during this process, the learner gets direct experience through perception and indirect experience through comprehension; the tension between reflective experience and action experience and the learner internalizes experience through reflection and transfers experience through action; the tension between individual experience and connecting experience; the tension between hierarchical and overall experience. Dialogue plays a leading role during the four dialectical processes.
