Abstract:

Objective：To study the clinical effect of puerarin in treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris. Methods：257 cases of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris patients were studied. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given conventional treatment，and the observation group was given conventional treatment and added puerarin injection. And then the effect of two groups of curative effect in patients with angina pectoris and electrocardiogram were evaluated. Results：About the total effective rate of the curative effect of angina and ECG curative effect，the observation group was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion：Puerarin has remarkable effect on the treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris.
