Abstract:

Objective:To investigate the species of bacterial contamination of laboratory sheets. Methods:laboratory sheets were direct sampled and enrichment culture then inoculating blood Columbia agar plates and MacConkey Agar plates. Isolated bacteria were identified by morphology,Gram stain and biochemical test. Results:From 1 000 laboratory sheets, after inoculate, there were 719 bacteria growing in blood agar platein. The differential strains grew on blood Columbia agar plates and their infection rates were:Staphylococcus,518 strains, infection rates was 72.04%;Enteric bacilli,175 strains, infection rates was 24. 34%;Bacillus subtilis,26 strains, infection rates was 3.62%. The differential strains grew on MacConkey Agar plates and their infection rates were :Staphylococcus,229 strains, infection rates was 81.03%;Enteric bacilli,70 strains, infection rates was 18.97%. Conclusion:In the inspection report, the main bacteria are mainly including Staphylococcus and Enterobacteriaceae. Staphylococcus is mainly Staphylococcus epidermidis or Staphylococcus aureus, and Enterobacteriaceae is mainly Yersinia or Shigella.
