Abstract:

In the Utopia of Plato, the work of the national warrior is especially important. The national warriors with good quality are
essential to the Utopia, and also are the foundation to cultivate and train the ruler of the future "Philosophy-King". Plato held that
education was the only way to culture a good warrior, so he proposed to implement music education and physical education to achieve the educational aim of internal and external cultivation for bringing up the good warriors who owned beauty and goodness. Plato's educational idea and talent view paying attention to "cultivating people" have profound enlightenment and strong reference for today's education.
