Abstract:

Patrol system enjoys a long history. This paper reviews the history and the institutionalized progress of Chinese patrol
system, summarizes the strategic design of current patrol work and explains the function orientation and working mechanism of the
patrol work in a new situation. The practice of the patrol work of the Chinese Communist Party and the requirements to the patrol work in a new situation from the Party Central Committee show that patrol system is a mechanism of feedback, awe and communication, is an important way of knowing cadres and can promote the progress of democracy.
