Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Coronary Heart Diseases

Abstract:

Objective: To explore the effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of coronary heart diseases. Methods: 484 cases
with coronary heart diseases from January 2013 to June 2014, were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control
group. The control group was treated by routine nursing care and the experimental group was treated by comprehensive nursing
intervention based on routine nursing care. Comparison of two groups' clinical symptoms and the incidence of complications was made.Results: Clinical symptoms and complications of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing intervention could reduce the clinical
symptoms and the incidence of complications in patients with coronary heart diseases, so it was worthy of clinical application.
