Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the clinical curative effect, complications and the preventive measures of interventional embolization in treatment of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods: One hundred and two patients of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage were treated with interventional embolization, data were retrospectively studied. Results: Of all the 102 cases,91 cases were cured,7 cases were symptom improved with different degrees of limb dysfunction, 3 cases were automatic discharge and 1 case was dead. Sixty cases were outpatient follow-up from 6 month to 3 years after operation,10 cases were re-hospitalized and angiographic followed-up. There were 5 cases of recurrence and no rebleeding observed. Conclusion: Interventional embolization was an effective therapy in treatment of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage.
