Abstract:

Objective: To evaluate the effect of the responsibility system for holistic nursing care for hospital left-behind children.
Methods: By evaluating the psychological status of hospital left-behind children, this research aims at exploring the effects of the
responsibility system for the overall care for left-behind children in southwest frontier minority settlements, including psychological
counseling, health education and behavior intervention. Results: Through the functional assessment of hospital left-behind children, it is shown that there was no statistically significant difference between the scores of two groups of children(P > 0.05)before nursingintervention; after nursing intervention, the total score for the non- nursing intervention group is 113 points, while the nursingintervened group is 336 points, which shows that the difference is statistically significant(P = 0.025 < 0.05). Conclusion: Through high-quality nursing activities, the "people-oriented" responsibility system of the overall care can actively guide and eliminate the psychological barriers of hospital left-behind children so that a speedy recovery and health recuperation could be expected.
