Abstract:

In recent years, in the strengthening of the progress of self-constructing a service-oriented, law-based and responsible
government, Dali Prefecture have innovated the "One bureau, two centers and multi-platforms" system operation mode in accordance of the requirements of the Central Party Committee and the provincial government and with the combination of the reality and need in the development of local economy and society. Dali Prefecture has been innovating government service process from the three processes: organization operation, service, and business operation, and has explored the new ideas of strengthening the system of government affairs service from the process innovation.
