An Long Dian Tu（Mandarin Chinese: means showing gratitude to the dragon gods who are in charge of the land）, an
essential ceremony in the house building of Bai nationality in Dali. Based on the fieldwork, this paper studies the location, procedure
and gods of An Long Dian Tu ceremony, and Bai nationality's belief of local gods of the land. This paper found the close relationship
between Bai's "An Long Dian Tu" ceremony and Taoism, as well as the regional and national characters of the ceremony.

Yunnan Bai archival document heritages with great variety and rich content, Yunnan's national treasures, mainly scattered
in Dali Prefecture, Kunming, Lijiang, Baoshan, Nanhua County, Lanping County, Yuanjiang County and other areas in Yunnan
Province in archives, libraries, museums, cultural centers, other cultural departments at all levels, and in ancient offices, various
research institutes and other units, as well as the original site and in private. Yunnan Bai archival document heritages' scattered
situation is not conducive to the file protection, inheritance, development and utilization. In order to solve the problem, government
should play a guiding role in promoting the communication and cooperation of each parts; manage the work of archives collection and custody of various units appropriately; strengthen the contact and form a protective system; enhance cooperation, and promote the development and utilization of archives.

Visual cultural elements of nationalities are important symbols to manifest characteristics of nationality culture as well as
important identification and key attraction in nationality areas' tourism development. Bai culture has rich contents, various forms,
strong participation and visual impact. With the proper development and utilization, it can effectively enhance attraction of regional
tourism industry and quality of tourism products. We should focus on the analysis of the types of visual cultural elements of Bai
nationality and its application, success and failure, ways to improve tourism development, and explore the ideas and ways of its
innovative use.

Before Qing Dynasty, Lijiang Naxi areas had mainly used cremation, and inhumation had began to spread after Qing
Dynasty. It experienced the 3 stages: advocation at the early stage, implementation at the mid stage and popularization at the later
stage. The political and economic reform, the development of education, the official advocacy and immigrants were important factors of the changes of funeral customs. In the process of carrying out inhumation, different regions exist unbalance with the popularization in Lijiang and surrounding areas in the late Qing Dynasty while the limited effects in remote and mountainous regions.

Traditional simplicity thinking has great limitation in the comprehension of environment and related issues, and the
difficulty in governance practice proves the collapse of this thinking to some extent. The environment is a complex system and we only can grasp the essence of environmental issues in complex views. Traditional views of environmental protection should be criticized from the point of complex system. The essential character of environmental governance is publicity. The key point is environmental systems with their execution. The subject element is multiple interactions. Citizen consensus and ecological consciousness are also in need.Ultimately, the essence of environmental governance is the governance of people under a common goal.

In recent years, the government and the academic circles pay close attention to corporate over-investment behavior. Under
the semi-mandatory dividend regulation policy, it's an important problem whether the central enterprises' characteristics of dividends
paying has influence on over-investment behavior or not. Based on the data of the central enterprises' A shares in 2012 to 2013, this
research shows that: ① under the semi-mandatory dividend regulation policy, corporate dividend payment rate and over-investment
behavior is negatively related; ②under the semi-mandatory dividend regulation policy, there is a positive correlation between the times of dividend and corporate over investment behavior.

Ming Dynasty witnessed the development of Ci-poetry in Yunnan with the rapid growth of Ci poets and Ci-poetry as the
symbol. Meanwhile, Yunnan Ci-poetry had its own features in Ming Dynasty: in terms of distribution, minority writers and different
regional creations were obvious; in terms of theme, less impact of the popular brothel theme in Ci- poetry in mainland China has been found; in terms of form, the chapter-after-chapter style had drew people's attention; in terms of style, although the tendency of poetry and songs could be found in Yunnan Ci-poetry, it enjoyed its own special features whose formation was related to the literature and the cultural environment that Yunnan Ci-poetry was in.

Shu Zhong Guang Ji（The Extensive Anthology of the Central Sichuan）, a collection of historical records, was compiled by
CAO Xuequan who was from Fujian during the period of serving official post of Assistant Deputy Governor in Sichuan with his great
deliberation in searching and collecting Bashu（another name for Sichuan Province）literature. The book includes the wide references and the poetry of the author himself. Those works not only can serve as a compensating and addition to Poetry Manuscripts of Shicang and Anthology of CAO Xuequan, but also can rectify the chronicle errors in his collected works with high amending value.

In mid-nineteenth century, Impressionist painters had an unprecedented attempt in using color based on the principles of
optics. They believed that there was no inherent color of an object, and all colors that the object had were generated in the reflection of light. Because of the emphasis of light for Impression, Impressionist painters insisted on painting outdoor since the intense outdoor light offered the unprecedented brightness and color for their paintings. Impressionist painters broke the tradition, actively explored the short moment effect of light and color, made a bold reform in painting colors, used warm and cold color contrast to introduce the ambient color, opened up a new world of color performance, and completely changed the features of previous paintings.

Scholars have been studying the Yi people's folk songs in recent years. Love songs are very attractive among many themes
of folk songs. Love songs of Yi in Chuxiong are a reflection of young men and women's vision of love, as well as are an important part of the culture of the Yi nationality. By collecting and collating hundreds of love songs of Yi in Chuxiong and analyzing love songs' the music form in aspects of musical structure, mode, tonality, beat, rhythm, lyrics and singings, the author has found the music style enjoy both music characters in north and south. The music style of love songs of Yi in Chuxiong is very special in a variety of ethnic music,which possesses great value of inheritance and reference for musicians.

The Real Right Law of People's Republic of China explicitly stipulates that the accounts receivables can be used as the
subject of pledge. However, the law has only made the simple stipulation to accounts receivable pledge. Therefore, a reliable legal
protection can't be provided to the the actual operation of accounts receivable pledge, and the using of the system will face difficulties.In view of the effect of accounts receivable pledge contain special content, which other kind of pledge does not include, The Real Right Law of People's Republic of China is necessary to make special provisions about the effect of accounts receivable pledge, in order to clearly define the connotation of the effect and give adequate legal protection on the rights of the pledge.

Construction of teachers is directly related to the quality of education. This paper evaluates the performance of the gap of
compulsory education stage teacher's structure between urban and rural areas in Yunnan based on teachers' distribution density,
degree structure, title structure, age structure, subject structure and training situation. Results indicate that the root cause of the gap of compulsory education quality between urban and rural areas is the gap of teachers. This paper puts forward five countermeasures to narrow the gap of compulsory education stage teacher's structure between urban and rural areas in Yunnan.

Practical teaching is always a focus and a difficulty in teaching reform of ideological and political theory course. Through
the investigation of seven colleges and universities in Yunnan Province, this paper finds that the status of the practical teaching of
ideological and political theory course is formalism, evaluation system is defective, the poor coordination in practical teaching in
different courses, poor performance in team work, all of which lead to the poor effectiveness of the practical teaching and the low degree of acceptance of the teaching effect of ideological and political theory course from students. Based on the current condition, this paper proposes the reform and practical exploration of the mode of execution, content and assessment, the construction of operable comprehensive practical teaching mode, and the improvement of the teaching effectiveness of the practical teaching of ideological and political theory course.

In China, Advertisingis a new subject whose theories are mainly from western countrieslike the United States. In the field
of academy and practice,experiences from abroad play a guiding role in advertising industry of China. Therefore, bilingual education
has important significance in the process of“advertising”teaching. Generally, bilingual education will be used in teaching advertising
in universities; however, due to the problems in teachers’level, students’quality, course design or the learning environment, expected
teaching effect could hardly be reached, especially in the under-development areas. Based on the investigation and reflection, we found that the problems in bilingual teaching of Advertising are in four aspects and put forward four countermeasures to solve these problems.
