Abstract:

Academic evaluation mechanism is one of challenges for the academic journals. Young editors should adjust their
mindsets and treat academic evaluation mechanism correctly. Aiming at the problems existing in the periodical evaluation, Academic
colleagues should improve their enthusiasm and establish the academic community. Young editors should improve the quality of
published articles through improving their professional accomplishment, manuscripts, strengthening their own specialty and continuing
professional study; meanwhile, use new media actively to improve the quality of published articles.
