    Through the field survey of "Taizi Hui" which is held on 8th February in Chinese Lunar Calendar in Dali Bai regions, and
    the compare with Dunhuang manuscripts of Buddhist activities on 8th February, it finds that the folk activities on 8th February in Dali
    Bai regions share many commons with the records in Dunhuang manuscripts, especially in the form and the event of city tour through
    four gates in ancient and modern time. Although "Taizi Hui" held in Dali Bai regions differs from Dunhuang's in participants and
    holding form, the essence is almost the same with the Dunhuang's in the late Tang Dynasty and Five Dynasties Period. Buddhist
    activities of "Taizi Hui" in Dali area shows a further development of customization of Buddhism belief throughout thousands of years.

    emperor of Tang Dynasty by the King of NanZhao. Under the scope of Historiography of Music and Ethnomusicology, through the
    summary and analysis of the scholars' studies of ontology, academic rule, music communication, instruments use and the political
    meanings in The Music of Nanzhao Tribute to the Emperor, this paper proposes the possibilities of a new way of thinking in the present
    context of academic development.

    Water pollution, a kind of disgusting product with the negative externality, may leads to loss of market efficiency. Imposing
    Pigou Tax can help solving this problem. According to Pigou Tax principle, the principle of determining the optimal water pollution tax
    is: per unit of water pollution tax is equal to marginal external cost of water pollution brought by the unit. But quantifying marginal cost
    is difficult, so it is feasible to use Present Value Method and Contingent Valuation Method to quantify the quasi Pigou Tax.

    One of main problems faced by Yunnan Province is the balance of regional development. There are many state poor
    counties in Yunnan Province while other non-state poor counties have relatively higher degree of development. Research on non-state
    poor counties contributes to provincial development. Regression analysis was applied to the data of these regions and the result
    demonstrates: 1. noticeable region disparities; 2. low-level development of secondary industry; 3. and the local advantages are not
    maximized in Yunnan Province and the construction of the economic circle of Central Yunnan.

    Within the framework of cognitive linguistics, this paper analyzes the metonymic mechanism manifested in the production
    and development of catchwords. Catchwords are created and developed by such metonymic ideas as taking prominent objects as
    cognitive reference points, activating target domain through the source domain. Within the same idealized cognitive model, metonymy
    plays a very important role in the course of creation and development of catchwords by replacing the integral part with the whole or the
    integral part, and re-categorization of word classes.

    As a necessary component of social facilitation, government leading and residents autonomy co-exist in modern society.
    The cooperation is essential for China, and an important part of "Five- in- One" which is a feature of Socialism with Chinese
    characteristic. As a west minority area, Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture becomes a late comer in community construction with both
    progress and problems, such as excessive political processes, weak public service, and lack of autonomous residents' public
    participation. Starting with a practical survey and the analysis of existing problems, this paper concludes that it's necessary to realize
    the positive interaction between government leading and residents autonomy through changing government functions, improving

    Emptiness, forgetting and abandonment are categories differing in appearance but being similar in purport in Chinese and
    western philosophy. The difference is that forgetting and emptiness are in the primitive level of "human-world", while abandonment is
    in the advanced level of "human-world". The similarity is that forgetting, emptiness and abandonment all indicate an attitude of

    Based on picture-word interference paradigm, visually presenting the distract word and naming the picture as the task,
    this paper explores the effect of semantic radical, phonological radical and phonology on Chinese words production. The paper chose
    the diractors with five different presenting conditions: semantic radical being similar; phonological radical being similar; homophonic
    and phonological radical being similar; homophonic being similar and semantic radical, phonological radical and phonological being
    totally unrelated. The time intervals(SOA)between pictures and Chinese words were shown in three ways: -100 ms, 0 ms and 100 ms.
    It is found that the facilitation effect of semantic radical appeared at SOA of 100 ms; the facilitation effect of phonological radical and
    phonology occurred at SOA of -100 ms, 0 ms and 100 ms. These findings were discussed with the help of modular and interactive
    theories of spoken word production.

    Study on the Relationship between the Self-consciousness and the Feeling of Loneliness, Social Anxiety for
    Rural Street Children

    In order to explore the relationship between self consciousness and the feeling of loneliness, social anxiety for rural street
    children, this paper selected the classes with higher proportion of street children in Die Ma Middle School of Honghe Town as the
    participants. 120 students were selected as samples and 98 questionnaires were valid. Using Piers Harris' self consciousness scale for
    children, children's loneliness scale and the social anxiety scale for investigation, the results finds that the self awareness level of street
    children is lower than the norm group(P<0.001), the detection rate of social anxiety reached 59%, the detection rate of loneliness
    reaches 43%, which shows that there is a negative relationship between self consciousness and social anxiety, loneliness, but no
    significant difference between them. The development level of self awareness for rural children is lower than the national level, the
    detection rate of social anxiety and loneliness in rural children is greater than general children, street children's self-awareness and
    mental health problems should be emphasized.
