摘要: 针对企业中劳资关系逐渐暴露并引起了政府部门、企业界和学术界的关注和重视这一现象,分析了员工关系管理的内涵及其主要内容,并运用社会学中的社会冲突理论、社会交换理论等理论工具,论述了员工关系管理在解决劳资问题、和谐劳资关系等方面的作用。对于现代企业合理解决劳资纠纷、建立和谐劳资关系具有一定的理论价值。

Abstract: Laborcapital relationship is now gaining increasing interests of governments,enterprises and researchers.Employee relationship management offers effective measures to solve laborcapital disputes.This paper,based on social conflict theory and social exchange theory,expounds the significance of employee management in solving laborcapital disputes and harmonizing laborcapital relationship,with emphasis on concept of solicitude for the disadvantaged groups in social work.
