摘要:

当前,中国学术期刊市场的竞争日趋激烈,虽然短期内导致了某些学术期刊个人收益的不断增长,但这种增长是不可持续的。针对学术期刊行业的盲目的、混乱的、非长期的商业化运作,从新制度经济学的视觉,在对学术期刊商业化运作的成本-收益分析的基础上,试图用新制度经济学的相关理论,构建起符合学术期刊行业长期可持续发展的有效制度模式,认为可以通过行业制度的建立和完善来确保编辑出版单位在公平的市场竞争中获益,同时也保证了整个社会的收益,对学术期刊的健康、有序发展有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:

Although commercialized operation has provided increasing income for the academic journal working staff,the increase does not last long.The author takes a new institutional perspective in his study about an effective and sustainable operation model of academic journals and suggests,based on a cost-profit analysis of commercialized operation of academic journals,that the institutional system be established and improved that will ensure that the editorial institutions will profit in the fair market competition.In this way,the editorial institutions will develop in a healthy way.
