摘要: 以微博平台上的“反作用力”为主要研究对象,系统地梳理和分析了微博平台上“反作用力”的形成、表现和影响,并针对“反作用力”的作用机制为微博用户提出具体的策略性建议。研究认为:微博平台使得反作用力的形成具有即时性和广泛性,越是有争议性的话题,越容易产生反作用力;反作用力有“被议程设置”、“权力场的反转”、“沉默的大多数”等三种表现形式,不同类型的用户,对应的表现形式有很大的不同;明星用户粉丝的数量多,其观点的影响就会被无限的放大,但反过来他们受到的过高期望也导致自身无法自由表达观点;降低受众的微博期望、降低微博的开放程度、增加微博的专业性、降低公共性话题中发言的争议度,是有效摆脱反作用力影响的建议和措施。

Abstract: Targeting the “counterforce” of microblog,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the formation,performance and effect of the force,and offers some strategic suggestions for microblog users according to the mechanism of “counterforce”. Our research shows that microblog enables the “counterforce” to take effect instantly and universally. The more controversial the topic is,the easier it is for the “counterforce” to take effect. The “counterforce” assumes three forms in performance,which are “agenda setting”,“power field reversal” and “majority silence”. Different types of users tend to use the microblog in different ways. For example,influence of star users’ opinions will be relentlessly amplified because of the large number of their fans. However,the too high expectations put on them in turn result in the fact that they cannot express their own ideas freely. The effective measures to get rid of the influence of the “counterforce” of microblog are to reduce the audience expectation,to reduce the opening degree of microblogs,to increase its professionalism,and to reduce the controversial degree of public topic.
