摘要:

在对企业班组长培训工作进行精心总结的基础上,采用国际流行的胜任力模型理论,结合精细管理、三基工作、标准化建设等活动内容,整合形成了极具创新性的培训链条,即在培训需求、培训开发、培训运营、培训评估四个环节上,探索构建出三元特色培训模式:基于三力素质模型的培训需求,基于三位一体模型的培训开发,基于三维课程体系的培训运营,基于三层次的培训评估。新培训模式既大幅提高了培训的满意度和优秀率,也产生了较大的经济效益。

Abstract:

Based on years of work group leader training practice,and on the theory of competence model,we have established an innovative ternary training mode,which includes training demand analysis according to competence model,training service development according to trinity model,training service operation based on a three dimensional training course system and threelevel training evaluation. This new training mode evidently improve satisfaction with our training service and generates good profits.
