关于“农超对接”的冷思考

摘要: “农超对接”主要是为优质农产品进入超市搭建平台,构建市场经济条件下的产销一体化链条,实现商家、农民、消费者共赢。学术界普遍认为“农超对接”是我国农产品流通方式的一次革命,但从实际实施情况来看效果并不明显,因此需要结合我国农产品市场现状探究影响“农超对接”在我国快速发展的原因。通过分析指出“农超对接”并不适合在我国大面积推广,而农产品批发市场、公益性批发市场、社区蔬菜批发店等多元化的农产品流通体系才是我国农产品市场的发展方向。

Abstract: The “direct farm program” sets up the platform for high quality produce to enter supermarkets,integrating production and marketing under the condition of marketeconomy,realizing the winwin situation for merchants,farmers and consumers. It is generally believed in academic circles that “direct farm program” is a revolution in agriculture. But the implementation failed to take significant effect. Therefore,it is necessary to explore the causes which affect the rapid development of “direct farm” in China with consideration of the situation of agricultural product market in China. The study reveals that “direct farm” does not fit in China,and that multilevel produce distribution channels like wholesale market and neighborhood wholesale stores apply better to China’s situation.
