Abstract: University party organization is a learningstyle organization，and organizational learning is the important content of party activity，which also is the necessary and fundamental way to create a learningstyle party organization. The effectiveness of learning is mainly manifested in whether the learning confirms our beliefs，guides our practice and promotes our work. Currently，there are still some problems in the construction of learningstyle party organization in universities as lack of learning effectiveness results in failures for party organization to accommodate to the new tasks under the new situation，and to departure the purpose of party construction. To improve the effectiveness of learning，we must develop a new concept about learning，and carry out learning activities according to the basic requirements of learningstyle party organization construction，improve the ways of learning and perfect the organizational system.
