Abstract: Promoting the study on discourse expression in ideological and political education is not only a practical need to solve the dilemma of discourse expression in ideological and political education, but also a natural move to satisfy the demand for innovation in discourse expression of college students in the new era, and also a proper response to the challenge of the discourse of the western erroneous social trend. In retrospect, the academic and practical circles have made certain achievements around discourse expression of ideological and political education: they have outlined the essence and characteristics of discourse expression of ideological and political education, analyzed the current dilemmas encountered by discourse expression of ideological and political education, and have put forward suggestions to optimize the discourse expression of ideological and political education. However, the basic theory of ideological and political education discourse expression is not yet clear, and the framework of ideological and political education discourse expression system has not yet been put into practice. In future studies, in order to further deepen and develop researches on discourse expression of ideological and political education, it is necessary to consolidate the basic theoretical research on discourse expression of ideological and political education to deepen the theoretical propositions, to strengthen researches on the theoretical foundation of discourse expression of ideological and political education in order to bridge the historical and theoretical deficiencies, and to push forward the holistic research on the discourse expression of ideological and political education to construct the analytical framework.
