摘要/Abstract

摘要： 莎剧中存在女性是动物、女性是景物、女性是食物、女性是财产、女性是气味、女性是物品六种概念隐喻，且蕴含着超越常规的新奇隐喻。莎士比亚的四大悲剧存在着丰富的女性隐喻。与日常用语中的女性隐喻相比，莎士比亚四大悲剧中以性为本体的新奇隐喻是莎士比亚在日常语言基础上对女性隐喻的创造。莎剧中的女性形象既是莎士比亚人文主义思想的载体，也是戏剧情节发展的动力；而莎剧中的女性隐喻是莎士比亚丰富戏剧语言表达方式的手段，具有提升女性人物形象、推动剧情发展的作用，更是对莎士比亚时期女性地位的认知的体现。

关键词: 莎士比亚戏剧, 女性隐喻, 概念隐喻, 日常隐喻, 新奇隐喻, 认知效果

Abstract: In Shakespeare's four tragedies,there are six conceptual metaphors related to women:WOMEN AS ANIMAL,AS SCENERY,AS FOOD,AS PROPERTY,AS ODOUR,and AS OBJECT. In addition to conventional metaphors,some novel metaphors based on sex are also created. In Shakespeare's plays,female images serve as an important vehicle of Shakespeare's humanism thought and a driving force for the dramatic development. Thus the feminine metaphors,as language devices,not only enrich the female images and develop the dramatic plots,but also cognitively represent the female social status in his time. The study of female metaphors in Shakespeare's four tragedies is of great significance in probing the cognitive function of conceptual metaphors in literary language.
