Abstract:

Hu Jintao’s youth view is of important contemporary value as it complies with the characteristics and requirements of and provides answer to issues about the contemporary time which is  represented both theoretically and practically. In terms of theoretical value，Hu’s youth view adheres to and develops Marxist youth view，and further deepens and innovates youth work theory which therefore enriches and perfects the youth ideological and political education theory. In terms of practical value，it is conducive to the consolidation of the Party’s mass base among the young people and the improvement of the Party’s governing capacity as well as to the reinforcement and perfection of work of the Communist Youth League under the new situation and the promotion of the new development of the youth movement. Finally，it is beneficial to the guidance of youth development，pouring strong youth strength  into China’s dream.
