新时期四川革命老区发展研究

摘要：

经过改革开放三十多年的发展，四川革命老区在经济发展、个人收入、社会民生事业等方面取得了显著成就。但是，受人口、资源、资金等因素的影响，四川革命老区也面临着基础设施比较薄弱,贫困依然严重,生态环境恶化日益突出,过分依赖资源开发等诸多问题。研究认为：在新时期新阶段，四川革命老区应该积极贯彻和落实科学发展观，积极推进基础设施建设、扶贫开发、生态环境治理，加快产业结构调整，合理开发和利用自然资源，从而实现四川革命老区持续健康发展。

Abstract:

Scientific outlook on development is peopleoriented，comprehensive，coordinated，sustainable development concept，and the latest achievement of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The guidance of scientific outlook on development on promoting the development of old revolutionary base areas in Sichuan is not only about the wellbeing of the people，but also about achieving the goal of building a moderately prosperous society. This paper introduces the current situation of the development of the old revolutionary base areas in Sichuan. Based on the analysis of the difficulties and problems facing the old revolutionary base areas，and under the guidance of the scientific outlook on development，we provide suggestions on sustainable and healthy development the old revolutionary base areas the Sichuan.
