油田采油作业区开发指标综合评价

摘要: 分析了目前长庆油田分公司实行的采油作业区管理模式及其油田开发管理现状,建立了相应的评价指标。考虑到评价指标之间的相关性以及权重确定的困难性,结合长庆油田提出的“对标管理”理念,采用主成分分析法、遵循“对标”考评的思路进行综合评价,同时,油田数字化建设又为考核评价的准确性、客观性提供了支撑。通过考评,各采油作业区可以发现他们之间的差距,找出自身存在的问题,从而不断提高作业区开发管理效率,深化油田精细化管理。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the current management mode of oil production units adopted by Changqing Oilfield,and its development and management in the current situation,we established a corresponding evaluation index in this paper. Considering the dependency between the evaluation indices,and the difficulty in weighing determination,the method of principal component analysis was introduced to comprehensively evaluate the management efficiency of oil production units. From the actual situations of Changqing Oilfield,which has many oil production units and distribution areas,the company proposes the idea of “management based on standards”,the standards of which are the production goals and requirements according to the actual production conditions in reservoir blocks. We take a new method of evaluation based on these standards. And the oilfield company continuously strengthens the digital construction,which supports the accuracy and objectivity of the evaluation system. In the evaluation process,oil production units themselves can realize the gap between them and other units and the problems they have. Therefore,the management efficiency can be constantly improved,and management in oilfield development can be further refined.
