普通高校青年教师工作压力的组织管理措施

摘要: 针对高校扩招而引进的大量新进教师队伍主体受社会环境、工作要求和工作控制的影响而普遍感受到过度的职业压力问题,分析了普通高校青年教师职业压力的构成。认为:采用科学、合理的压力管理模式直接关系到普通高校的可持续发展和教师队伍建设。在组织层面上,应采取措施增强青年教师工作的自主性、加强对青年教师成长的职业规划、给予青年教师更多更合理的选择、加强对青年教师的社会支持。

Abstract: The newly employed teaching staff of colleges and universities share excessive occupational stress from both in and outside their jobs.The author analyses the components of their job stress and concludes that scientific stress management measures are important in the construction of teacher resources which relate closely to the sustainable development of colleges and universities.At the organizational level,measures should be taken to help the younger teachers to build up teacher autonomy and to make practicable career plans.Measures should also be taken to offer them more sensible alternatives and stronger social support.
