摘要： 作为国民经济的支柱产业之一，石油化工产业是国家鼓励外商在华投资的重点领域，在全方位引资格局下，外资在中国石油化工项目建设中起到举足轻重的作用。以跨国公司为载体，外商直接投资的项目规模、研发投入、投资分布结构以及对前后关联产业的互动效应都直接或间接地影响着中国石油化工产业的纵深发展。为了有效提升中国石化产业FDI质量，首先剖析FDI质量内涵，探讨中国石化产业FDI质量的影响要素；随后，运用层次分析法和灰关联分析法（AHP-GRAP），科学评价中国石化产业FDI质量的状况。

Abstract: As the great pillar of China’s economy，petrochemical industry has been regarded as a key area of foreign investment. With the all round，wide ranging and multilevel investment，foreign direct investment (FDI) has played a more and more important role in oil or petrochemical projects. Indeed，China’s petrochemical industry has been directly or indirectly influenced by the investment scale，R&D，capital structure and regional distribution of investment of multinationals. With the economic globalization，FDI quality is closely related to the sustainable development of China’s petrochemical industry. Through the definition of FDI quality，this paper probes into the influencing factors of FDI quality in petrochemical industry. Then，this paper evaluates FDI quality in petrochemical industry with AHP GRAP for the purpose of making scientific evaluation of FDI quality in petrochemical industry in China.
