摘要： 苏轼两度出任杭州地方官，一是作为副手，任杭州通判；一是作为主管，任杭州知州。苏轼在杭州的仕宦经历，从两个侧面完整诠释了副手如何与正职、正职如何与副手相处。苏轼认真吸取初仕凤翔签判的教训，以其经时济世的政治抱负，干练的行政能力，不贪功、不诿过的品质，过人的才华，宽厚待人的性格，形成了独特的从政风格与魅力，维持了与同僚的良好关系，这对今天的人们如何处理同僚关系不乏启示意义。

Abstract: Su Shi was twice assigned as local official in Hangzhou，once as deputy of Hangzhou court，and the second time as a supervisor，director of Hangzhou. His official career in Hangzhou，fully demonstrated what a good relationship can be built between a chief official and his deputy. Learning from his first service at Fengxiang，Su Shi maintained good relationship with his colleagues in the department as he had his political ambitions to serve the people and administrative competence，the quality of taking no credit for what he has done and putting no blame on others，and outstanding literary talents and generous character，which has instructive meaning for today’s people on how to deal with relationship with colleagues.
