影视英语选修课教学策略刍议

摘要: 作为大学英语选修课系列中深受欢迎的课程,影视英语为大学英语教学注入了新的活力。针对如何充分发挥影视资源的优越性来辅助英语教学的问题,分析认为关键在于注重课程设置的针对性、课堂教学的趣味性和教学评价的及时性。在教学策略上,根据影视资源的特点以培养口语交际能力为主要目的,在加强语言训练的同时兼顾文化输入和其他实用技能的学习,并利用电子学习档案袋等来提高学生自主学习的积极性,经过长期的教学实践证明,是有效可行的教学模式。

Abstract: Among the selective courses for college English students,Movie English is one of the most popular,bringing a fresh perspective to college English teaching.This paper points out that pertinent course design,interesting classroom teaching and prompt teaching evaluation are important factors that can bring the advantages of video materials into full play.Teaching practice proves that it is a very effective teaching model to aim at cultivating students′ oral communicative ability with the help of e portfolio,and to enhance culture input and improve other practical abilities.
