高校教职工奖金分配政策导向及平衡艺术思索

摘要: 高校教职工奖金分配,关系到高校广大群众的切身利益与积极性发挥。在改革开放30年后,教职工企盼合理分享改革发展成果和教职工“工资+奖金”分配模式等条件下,讨论了高校教职工奖金分配的政策依据及其可具有的导向性,提倡在奖金分配中注重“激励艺术”与“平衡艺术”。研究认为:高校教职工奖金分配是体现各级领导执政能力的重要标尺之一,奖金分配的权重构成可彰显学校的政策导向、工作重点与学校精神,在奖金发放中既要坚持物质利益原则又要倡导无私奉献精神。

Abstract: Bonus distribution in universities has a great influence on the interests and work enthusiasm of their staff and faculty.This paper discusses the guideline and orientation of bonus distribution policy in universities,suggesting emphasis on the art of rewarding and balancing.The study concludes that bonus distribution is an important embodiment of the administration ability of the school authorities.Weight given to different factors in bonus distribution may suggest emphasis of school work and school spirit.
