Abstract: The rise of research on autonomous behavior of international organizations was due to the development of basic research on international system and the socialogical turn in theoretic research on international relationship.There are mainly two methods to investigate autonomous behavior of international organizations：one is the statecentrism，the other international organizationcentrism.These two analytical frameworks provide a beneficial exploration on the autonomous behavior of international organizations.However，each of them has its inevitable faults，failing to offer a satisfactory explanation of the nature of autonomous behavior of international organizations and its realistic significance in global governance.Therefore，finding out how to integrate the different analytical frameworks，so as to have a deep and comprehensive understanding of the nature of autonomous behavior of international organizations and its realistic significance in global governance is still an important task for researchers on international relationship.
