Abstract: In Sino-Indian oil-gas resources cooperation，international laws have played an important role in the protection of the cooperation.The international legal protection of Sino-Indian oil-gas resources cooperation includes legal rules which derive mainly from international treaties，international customs，general principles of law，judicial cases，teachings of publicists and resolutions of international organizations，and enforcement mechanism involving both sovereign states and international organizations.
